     -- Can you connect a printer directly to the DS708 via usb ??
    It will print screen shots but will not print saved dtc lists !!

    No.

    If saved reports do not print what you want you can do screen shots, connect the DS708 via USB to your PC and use your local software to open and print the screen shots (or but the SD into your PC).

    The USB on the DS is NOT able to connect to printers or to connect a keyboard.

     Hi, DS708 cannot connect to printer directly for printing, You can download, install PC Suite V6.31 and run the Print Server software on computer. Please find more information in the user manual Page 64. 
    Kindly be noted that only the data in text is printable. If you want to print some information which is unprintable, you can use the Screen Capture function to take a picture of the test screen, then print the picture taken. Thanks!
